目前,在我国很多大中专院校,以及职业学校的工科专业大多配备了数控机床等实训设备用于理论与实训教学,但是很多院校的数控设备普遍存在利用率不高,长期闲置,保养不及时,维护不系统等情况。为了提高数控机床教学设备的寿命,保证教学过程中的安全性,提高设备的可靠性,非常必要对教学设备进行系统的维护和科学的保养,以下针对我院数控机床教学设备日常维护与管理进行分析与研究。
