“幸运”号不幸运1992年,21岁的墨西哥小伙桑塔罗多独自出外谋生,在中南美洲各地闯荡了好几年。25岁那年他来到了智利,在一个智利远洋航运公司谋到了一份远洋船员的职业。他决定在船上拼命干上几年,等攒够了钱就回家乡成家,过安稳的田园生活。桑塔罗多来到大货轮“幸运”号上,当了一名水手。这“幸运”号是艘大货轮,可是它已经在海上航行了几十年,始终没有进船厂好好维修保养过。它那蒸汽发动机早就过了使用期,然而船主只知道赚钱,不舍得给“幸运”号换发动机进行大修。
“Lucky ” No. unlucky In 1992, 21-year-old Mexican guy Santaro more alone to make a living, battling throughout Central and South America for several years. He came to Chile at the age of 25 and got a sea-going crew career at a Chilean ocean shipping company. He decided to work hard on the boat for several years, save enough money to go home, a stable pastoral life. Santoro came to the big cargo ship “lucky ” number, became a sailor. This “lucky ” is a large cargo ship, but it has been in the sea for decades, has not been properly maintained into the shipyard too. Its steam engine has already passed the period of use, but the owner knows only to make money, not willing to “lucky” for the engine overhaul.
