随着素质教育的深入实施,由《辅导员》杂志社和中国教育教学丛书编委会联合举办的首届“英才杯”全国中小学(幼儿)文学艺术作品大赛拉开了帷幕。自2003年8月开赛以来,社会各界均投入了关注的目光。辅导员老师纷纷带领文学社团、小记者团的队员们披挂上阵,竞相投稿,踊跃参赛。截至2004年5月10日,大赛组委会已收到来自全国32个省、自治区、直辖市的幼、中、小学校的文学作品1.8万余篇,书画摄影手工 With the in-depth implementation of quality education, the first “Yingcai Cup” national elementary and junior high school (young children) literary and art work contest was held jointly by the “counselor” magazine and the editorial board of China Education and Teaching Series.
