患儿男,11岁。因患慢性扁桃体炎半年入院,要求行扁桃体手术治疗。既往无特殊病史。查体:一般情况好,内科检查无异常。咽粘膜慢性充血,双侧扁桃体Ⅱ°肿大,表面疤痕,无分泌物。化验室检查示血常规、血小板,出凝血时间均正常,肝功及心电图正常。初诊为慢性扁桃体炎。 入院后,在局麻下行双侧扁桃体摘除术。术中
