1.前言 本文描述一种测量轮轨轮廓的新方法。该测量装置由两个连接杆构成,并以双角度形成二维自由系统。这些角度由光学编码器十分精确地测量。测量信息传输到笔记本式计算机中,计算机进行必要的运算并将所测物的轮廓和参考轮廓以及某些特征参数一起显示在萤光屏上。这些测量值也可保存下来以便事后处理。
1. Introduction This article describes a new method of measuring wheel-rail profiles. The measuring device consists of two connecting rods and forms a two-dimensional free-form system with double angles. These angles are measured very precisely by optical encoders. Measurement information is transmitted to the notebook computer, the computer performs the necessary calculations and displays the profile of the measured object on the screen along with the reference profile and certain characteristic parameters. These measurements can also be saved for later processing.
