肾移植取肾过程中的热缺血时间以及有无肾血管等损伤是保证供肾质量和移植效果的重要环节。尸肾切取最早采用分侧摘取,有较多缺点,目前多采用整块取肾法。我们对尸肾整块切取技术进行了改进,具有安全、快速、实用、易于掌握的特点。1 材料和方法1.1 人员组成和手术器械术者1人,助手2人。组织剪2把,手术刀2把,长弯钳1把,蚊式钳2把,大孔巾1块。
