上海的“白玉兰戏剧表演艺术奖”,每年都要评出十几个得奖演员,包括主角演员和配角演员。今年多一些,有二十一个主、配角演员得奖,“白玉兰奖”是全国性的戏剧表演艺术奖,还有不少全国各地的优秀演员得奖。我这里只想就上海方面的得奖演员,谈一些有关戏剧表演艺术的成绩和不足。应该说,从总体来看,这几年上海戏剧表演艺术,取得了很出色的成绩,就从这三届“白玉兰奖”得奖演员名单来看,江山代有才人出,长江后浪推前浪,涌现出一大批优秀的中青年演员,继承和发展了老一辈表演艺术家的宝贵经验,茁壮成长,展现才华,在上海戏剧舞台脱颖而出。
