桑族是非洲大陆最古老的民族之一。在纳米比亚,桑族的幼儿教育工作者都很重视母语教学和本土教材的开发,以传承桑族的优秀文化传统。纳米比亚桑族的幼儿教育取得了一定的成绩,但在母语教材开发和教师培训等方面还存在诸多不足。纳米比亚桑族幼儿教育的发展经验对我国少数民族幼儿教育发展有一定启示意义,如加大政策扶持力度,提高家长对幼儿教育重要性和科学性的认识,编写体现民族文化传统的幼儿园教学资料等。 Sang is one of the oldest ethnic groups on the African continent. In Namibia, early childhood education workers in San ethnicity have attached great importance to the development of mother tongue teaching and indigenous teaching materials so as to inherit the fine cultural tradition of the San family. Namibian San children have achieved some success in early childhood education, but there are still many deficiencies in the development of mother tongue teaching materials and teacher training. The experience of early childhood education in San ethnicity in Namibia is of some enlightenment for the development of early childhood education in ethnic minorities in our country. For example, we should increase policy support, raise parents’ awareness of the importance and scientific nature of early childhood education, and write teaching materials for kindergartens that reflect the traditions of ethnic cultures .
