目的 研究多平面重建及仿真内窥镜对结肠新生物的诊断价值。方法 对 10例可疑结肠新生物患者行结肠不同气量充气后螺旋CT扫描。将CT容积扫描原始数据进行重建。再利用Navigator软件生成仿真结肠内窥镜影像。结果 所有病例都进行了多平面图像重建 ,同时也获得了满意的CTVE图像 ,通过选择不同的观察方位、角度、阈值 ,CTVE能清楚显示病变部位、大小、形态及其侵犯范围。结论 CTVE作为一种新的检查手段 ,有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of multiplanar reconstruction and endoscopy on colon neoplasms. Methods Ten patients with suspicious colon neoplasms were performed CT scans of different doses of the colon after inflation. The CT volume scan raw data is reconstructed. Re-use of Navigator software to generate simulated colon endoscopic images. Results All cases underwent multiplanar reconstruction, and satisfactory CTVE images were also obtained. By selecting different observation orientation, angle and threshold, CTVE can clearly show the lesion location, size, shape and extent of invasion. Conclusion CTVE as a new means of examination, has a high clinical value.
