采用零过冷度法实验测定了石油萘馏分的凝固点 ,做出了萘的溶解度曲线 ,并用UNIFAC模型及修正UNIFAC模型对溶解度进行了预测。在萘质量分数大于 16 %、对应凝固点约在 0℃以上时 ,用原UNIFAC模型按馏分的实际组成对石油萘馏分的溶解度进行预测可得到较为满意的结果。该估算萘在石油馏分中溶解度的方法可用于指导生产
The freezing point of petroleum naphthalene fraction was determined by zero subcooling experiment and the solubility curve of naphthalene was obtained. The solubility of naphthalene was predicted by UNIFAC model and modified UNIFAC model. When the mass fraction of naphthalene is more than 16% and the corresponding freezing point is above 0 ℃, the solubility of naphthalene naphthalene fraction can be predicted by the original composition of the UNIFAC model.
