目的:观察川芎嗪联合甲钴胺胶囊对晚期青光眼患者小梁切除术后视功能的影响。方法:63例78眼抗青光眼术后患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规抗青光眼治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上使用川芎嗪注射液120 mg每日1次,口服甲钴胺胶囊500μg,每日3次,15 d为1疗程,观察记录所有的患者治疗前后的视力,视野,比较两组患者病情改变的差异性。结果:治疗组治疗后视力,视野均有明显改善,治疗组和对照组比较差异有显著性。结论:川芎嗪联合甲钴胺胶囊对晚期青光眼术后进行治疗,能有效提高视力,改善视野。
Objective: To observe the effect of ligustrazine and mecobalamin capsule on visual function after trabeculectomy in patients with advanced glaucoma. Methods: Sixty-three eyes of 78 eyes with glaucoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional anti-glaucoma treatment. The patients in treatment group were given Ligustrazine injection 120 mg once daily on the basis of control group. Cobalamine capsules 500μg, 3 times a day, 15d for a course of treatment, observation and recording of all patients before and after treatment of visual acuity, visual field, the difference between the two groups of patients changes. Results: After treatment, the visual acuity and visual field of the treatment group were significantly improved. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion: Ligustrazine combined with methylcobalamin capsules for postoperative treatment of advanced glaucoma can effectively improve visual acuity and improve visual field.
