目的:通过29例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)外周血淋巴细胞的凋亡现象观察,探讨细胞凋亡及其相关基因与SLE病情的关系。方法:采用末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法及流式细胞仪(FCM)观察SLE外周血淋巴细胞凋亡现象。结果:①SLE患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率明显高于正常组及类风湿关节炎(RA)组(P<0001),经48小时培养后,凋亡率更高可达3344%;②凋亡率与疾病活动程度呈正相关(r=0866),P<0001)。结论:凋亡率的变化可作为评估SLE病情的一种指标
Objective: To observe the apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 29 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and to explore the relationship between apoptosis and related genes and SLE. Methods: Apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in SLE was observed by TUNEL and flow cytometry (FCM). Results: ① The apoptotic rates of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with SLE were significantly higher than those in normal and rheumatoid arthritis groups (P <0001). After 48 hours of culture, the apoptotic rate was 3344% ; ② The rate of apoptosis was positively correlated with the degree of disease activity (r = 0866, P <0001). Conclusion: The change of apoptosis rate can be used as an index to evaluate the condition of SLE
