Sponsored by the Science and Education Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Central Agricultural Broadcasting Corporation and Sinofert, the “New Farmers Training in Northeastern Region and Northeast Foodstuffs Wang Ability Enhancement Seminar” was held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in December 2014. Nearly 100 participants from Jiao dumplings from large-scale grain-growers selected from all over northeast China participated in the training. The training courses are designed according to the practical needs of big grain growers in northeast China. High-level experts are selected to teach the cultivation of new professional farmers, the transfer of rural land, the cultivation of family farms,
