全球化的信息技术革命逐渐的发展起来,世界已经开始进入到高速发展的信息数据时代,大数据信息时代的态势逐渐的向各行各业深入与应用。高速快捷的财务信息内容更是当前企业重要的资源,不仅给社会和企业带来一定的冲击,对于财会行业来讲又有着不小的改变,并且会受到社会各界人士高度广泛的关注。特别是会计行业,作为社会和经济中最为重要的组成部分,会不可避免地受到信息数据时代的影响。时代背景下的数据存在多变、个性化的特征,这就对会计的工作有了全新的要求,不仅对于会计来讲是机遇也是挑战。本文以大数据时代下的背景为出发点,全面分析财务人员的定位与职能转型,逐步发掘互联网时代背景下财会人员的改变,积极采取应对措施,才能实现会计人员的全面发展,实现在激烈竞争中的长远发展。
