我觉得最重要的是在学习过程中一定得保持一个非常好的心态、一个非常好的心情,每天都过得充实而开心。不要老想着高三的生活苦啊,郁闷啊,前途迷茫啊,没考好怎么办啊……不要有太多的心理负担,学习的时候就认认真真地学。平时考试如果考得好的话就想着还要接着努力,如果考得不好的话,就暗示自己,幸好这次不是高考,没有关系。说到如何调节心情,我觉得应该多和同学、老师交流, 多和爸爸妈妈交流。如果有些事情让你很紧张,憋在心里特别不舒服,怎么办?说出来,心里就会舒服很多。至于调节的方法,可以听听歌、看看电影。像我高考前一个月,每个星期六、星期天回家都上网看一场电影,这样能起到放松、舒缓心情的作用。有时学习压力较大时我会弹弹钢琴,情绪不好的时候会坐下来练练书法,这样就会感觉心里特别平静。——2005年浙江省文科状元徐语婧
