一、情况随着改革开放的不断深入,据不完全统计,福建省莆田市已有对外来料加工企业102户,其中按经济性质划分:国营企业3户、集体企业84户、私营企业8户、三资企业7户;按行业划分:电子38户,服装针织27户,工艺品16户、其他行业21户。全市来料加工企业拥有12917人就业队伍,解决了大批剩余劳力,增加了人民收入,产值历年累计达32230.23万港元,其中,1984年210万港元,到1990年9691.76万港元、1991上半年7016.47万港元。工缴费收入历年累计达4585.05万港元,其中1984年19.8万港元,到1990年1865.29万港元,1991年上半年930.49万港元。来料加工企业具有灵活机动、
