美国俄亥俄州立大学的一项研究显示,常吃冻干草莓可降低患食道癌的风险。该研究主要针对食管鳞状细胞癌。在持续6个月的研究时间里,研究人员让36名志愿者每天食用60 g冻干草莓,并记录每天的饮食情况。在研究结束后的检查中,有29名志愿者的食道组织癌前病变出现了减轻的迹象。
A study by the Ohio State University shows that eating frozen-dried strawberries can reduce the risk of esophageal cancer. The study focused on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. During the six-month study period, the researchers asked 36 volunteers to consume 60 g of freeze-dried strawberries per day and record the daily diet. At the end of the study, 29 volunteers showed signs of reduction in precancerous lesions of the esophagus.
