藤梨根是一味清热解毒中药,现广泛用于多种癌症的临床治疗。现代研究表明藤梨根在肺癌、食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、大肠癌、宫颈癌等恶性肿瘤中有明显的抗癌作用;可以抑制细胞增殖、激发细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、激发失巢凋亡、抑制转移、逆转耐药以及抗血管生成。随着研究的进一步深入,将会为临床合理利用藤梨根及中药资源开发提供新的基础。
