对高科技企业而言,反映品牌意识和创新能力的商标是其成败的关键因素之一。本文旨在研究企业风险投资的获得对其商标行为的影响。在相关理论回顾的基础上,本文提出了关于企业风险投资的获得对商标注册的可能性和注册商标所保护的市场范围之影响的基本关系假设,并用192家英国微米纳米技术行业企业面板数据进行了实证研究。因为商标注册的可能性是一个虚拟变量,所以本文采用logit模型对其进行回归;而注册商标所保护的市场范围在本文是计数变量,因此,本文采用负二项分布模型和泊松分布模型对其回归。结果表明,风险投资的获得不仅显著促进企业的商标申请,而且对商标所保护的市场范围也有显著影响。因此,国家应该大力发展风险投资,鼓励风险投资流向高科技企业,培育高科技企业的商标行为意识。
For high-tech enterprises, trademarks that reflect brand awareness and innovation are one of the key factors in their success. The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of corporate venture capital on its trademark behavior. Based on the review of relevant theories, this paper presents the basic assumptions about the impact of the acquisition of venture capital on the possibility of trademark registration and the market scope protected by registered trademarks, and uses the data of 192 British micro-nanotechnology industry panel data Empirical research. Because the possibility of trademark registration is a dummy variable, we use logit model to regress it. The range of market protected by registered trademark is the variable of counting. Therefore, we use the negative binomial distribution model and Poisson distribution model return. The results show that the acquisition of venture capital not only significantly promotes the trademark application of enterprises, but also has a significant impact on the scope of markets protected by trademarks. Therefore, the state should vigorously develop venture capital, encourage venture capital flows to high-tech enterprises, and cultivate high-tech enterprises’ awareness of trademark behaviors.
