本文通过对西藏教育发展矛盾的分析,提出了西藏教育中教育发展与教育观念之间的矛盾、教育体系与管理水平之间的矛盾、教师教育与基础教育之间的矛盾、教学语言政策现状与教育教学质量之间的矛盾、现代教育科学与传统宗教思想之间的矛盾、教育开放性与高原封闭性之间的矛盾等矛盾问题,现针对这些矛盾问题,并结合西藏教育发展的实际,进一步提出解决西藏教育发展矛盾的建议。本文运用马克思主义的矛盾学说深入分析了西藏教育的复杂性和特殊性,为探索西藏教育的持续、健康、协调发展提供了科学的方法论。
Based on the analysis of the contradictions in the development of education in Tibet, this paper puts forward the contradiction between education development and education concept in Tibet education, the contradiction between education system and management level, the contradiction between teacher education and basic education, the current situation of teaching language policy and The contradiction between the contradiction between the quality of education and teaching, the contradiction between the modern educational science and the traditional religious thought, the contradiction between the openness of education and the closure of the plateau are now solved. In response to these contradictions and the actual development of education in Tibet, Put forward suggestions to solve the contradictions in the development of education in Tibet. This paper uses Marxist contradiction theory to deeply analyze the complexity and particularity of Tibetan education and provide a scientific methodology for exploring the sustainable, healthy and coordinated development of education in Tibet.
