成年雄性小白鼠36只,分为实验性胃溃疡组和对照组,用Gomori和Bussolat氏硫酸醛复红与铬明矾苏木精—焰红染色观察了下丘脑视上核神经分泌细胞的神经分泌颗粒的变化,实验组与盐水对照组相比6和9天有显著性差异,本实验提示:视上核醛复红阳性细胞参与了溃疡修复期自然抗病的整合作用。 Thirty-six adult male mice were randomly divided into experimental gastric ulcer group and control group.
