成年雄性小白鼠36只,分为实验性胃溃疡组和对照组,用Gomori和Bussolat氏硫酸醛复红与铬明矾苏木精—焰红染色观察了下丘脑视上核神经分泌细胞的神经分泌颗粒的变化,实验组与盐水对照组相比6和9天有显著性差异,本实验提示:视上核醛复红阳性细胞参与了溃疡修复期自然抗病的整合作用。
Thirty-six adult male mice were randomly divided into experimental gastric ulcer group and control group. Neuroral secretion of neurosecretory cells in the supraoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus was observed by Gomori and Bussolat’s sulfate complex complex with chromium alum hematoxylin-flame red staining There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the saline control group at 6 and 9 days. This study suggests that the supraoptic nucleolar aldehyde complex red-positive cells are involved in the integration of natural disease resistance during ulcer healing.
