湖北省《古城日报》前不久策划了走进“打工经济”系列报道,共发稿5篇以及相关评论、后续稿多篇,在当地引起强烈反响,对谷城经济发展起了积极作用。该报刊发的最后一篇“总论篇”指出,打工者的资本累积到一定量时,就会投资家乡创大业,拉动家乡经济发展,吸纳众多乡亲就业,造福桑梓。文章提出,打工者要从上世纪90年代初期的“体能型”和“准体能型”向“知识型”、“技术型”发展,才能使“打工经济”跃上新的平台。
Not long ago, the “Gucheng Daily” in Hubei Province curated a series of articles about going into the “working economy”, a total of 5 articles and related comments, and many subsequent articles, which aroused strong repercussions on the ground and played an active role in Gucheng’s economic development. The last article “General Comments” issued by the newspaper pointed out that when the migrant workers’ capital accumulates to a certain amount, they will invest in the great cause of their hometown, boost their economic development in their hometown, and attract many folks to work for the benefit of their homeland. The article points out that if migrant workers want to develop from “physical” and “quasi-physical” type to “knowledge-based” and “technical” type in the early 1990’s, can “working economy” be brought to a new platform.
