在揭示了板坯连铸结晶器中三维紊流流场和紊流粘性系数分布规律的基础上,提出了分区选定有效粘性系数的层流等效模型.计算表明,所建立的模型可获得定量和定性上与K-ε两方程紊流模型基本一致的流场,但大大简化了计算;在计算精度基本上不降低的条件下,可大幅度降低计算成本.文章采用流动与温度场非耦合方法,将凝固壳内的区域作为流场计算域,考虑了凝固壳厚度分布对流场的影响,使该方法更为合理地用于连铸结晶器中流动与凝固问题解析.同时,文中还指出了以往的层流等效模型中的不合理处
On the basis of revealing the distribution rules of the three-dimensional turbulent flow field and the turbulent viscosity coefficient in the slab continuous casting mold, a laminar flow equivalent model with effective viscous coefficient selected by zoning is proposed. The calculation shows that the established model can obtain the flow field which is basically consistent with the K-ε two-equation turbulence model quantitatively and qualitatively, but greatly simplifies the calculation. Under the condition of not substantially reducing the calculation accuracy, the calculation can be greatly reduced cost. In this paper, the flow field and the temperature field are used for the uncoupled method, and the area inside the solidified shell is taken as the computational domain of the flow field. The influence of the thickness distribution of the solidified shell on the flow field is considered, which makes the method more reasonable for the flow and Solidification problem analysis. At the same time, the article also points out the unreasonable place in the previous laminar flow equivalent model
