本文介绍了一种新型的液体静压主轴系统,此系统由主轴回转误差在线监测单元、可控液体静压轴承及微机系统组成。开发研制此主轴系统旨在直接控制主轴位置以补偿主轴回转误差。本文说明了此直接补偿方法的原理和特点。介绍了可控液体静压轴承的设计问题及在线控制补偿主轴回转误差的试验,试验结果表明这种方法是有效的,约70%的主轴回转误差被消除。
In this paper, a new type of hydrostatic spindle system is introduced. The system consists of on-line spindle rotation error monitoring unit, controllable hydrostatic bearing and computer system. Developed This spindle system is designed to directly control the spindle position to compensate for spindle rotation error. This article explains the principles and features of this direct compensation method. The design problems of controllable hydrostatic bearing and the experiment of on-line compensation for spindle slew error are introduced. The experimental results show that this method is effective and about 70% of spindle slew error is eliminated.
