随着供应链一体化进程的发展,企业在经营管理中越来越重视与供应链上结点企业的合作。特别是在采购活动中,面对日新月异的商业环境,降低采购成本是企业直接获得利润的有效手段之一。所以采购组织在采购活动中同样越来越重视与供应商的关系管理。良好而恰当的关系管理有助于企业降低采购成本,同时降低采购活动中的供应风险。本文从供应定位模型出发,研究企业如何在不同的采购项目中与不同的供应商保持恰当的关系,实施不同的采购策略。
With the development of the integration process of supply chain, companies pay more and more attention to the cooperation with the nodes in the supply chain. Especially in procurement activities, facing the ever-changing business environment, reducing procurement costs is one of the effective means for companies to directly obtain profits. Therefore, the purchasing organization also pays more and more attention to the relationship management with suppliers in its procurement activities. Good and appropriate relationship management can help companies reduce procurement costs while reducing supply risks in procurement activities. This article starts with the supply positioning model to study how companies can maintain appropriate relationships with different suppliers in different procurement projects and implement different procurement strategies.
