振动控制与上期所讨论的噪声控制,均是考量工程机械舒适性的重要因素,也是用户最能直接感受的舒适性因素之一。严重的振动可能引起操作者的局部振动和全身振动,甚至会引起人体内部器官的振动或共振,导致人体生理系统变化,诱发生理系统障碍。同时,机械振动也会对设备的结构造成影响,影响产品的工作性能和寿命,甚至使零部件失效等。产品的振动控制,主要是从振动源、传播路径以及接收装置3方面着手进行研究。目前,在工程机械行业中,比较可靠目易实施操作的振动控制方案,主要集中在振源的控制和接收装置的控制。
