在湖北省科委和卫生局的主持下,1979年12月26~28日在汉口召开了“八厘麻毒素对重症高血压的临床应用”的鉴定会。八厘麻毒素是武汉医学院附属第一医院药剂科从杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)植物羊踯躅(Rhododendron molleG.Don)的干燥成熟果实“八厘麻”中首次提取分离得到的结晶性单体,为“八厘麻”降低血压和减慢心率的有效成分,其熔点为278~279℃,分子量368,分子式 C_(20)H_(32)O_6,为二萜毒素类物质。
Under the auspices of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Commission and the Health Bureau, an appraisal of the “clinical application of marigold anemia to severe hypertension” was held in Hankou from December 26 to 28, 1979. Octimatoxin is the first time that the Pharmacy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Medical College extracted and crystallized the dry ripe fruit of the Rhododendron molle G. Don from the family Ericaceae. The monomer, which is an effective ingredient for lowering blood pressure and slowing heart rate, has a melting point of 278-279°C, a molecular weight of 368, and a molecular formula of C_(20)H_(32)O_6, which are diterpene toxins.
