中国药典规定槟榔所含醚溶性生物鹼作为槟榔鹼计算不得少于0,35%。共生物鹼含量除与槟榔果实成熟情况、药材品种、质量优劣等有关外,与药材的加工炮炙方法也有一定关系。本文仪就炮炙加工方法对槟榔生物鹼含量的影响作了下列试验,以便初步探讨槟榔经饮片加工后,醚溶性生物鹼损失情况如何,以提供使用者参考。本试验所用材料系购自青岛市中心药材公司中药批发部,经鑑别确系棕榈科植物槟榔(Areca catechu L.)的成熟种子,为未加工炮炙的药材。取材料用爷子砸开,分成两等份,一份生用,即直接磨成三号粉备用;另一份按传统加工方法,以水浸泡十日左右,每日换水一次以免霉败,第十日取出不切成饮片而晾干后磨成三号粉备用。上述两种材料磨粉时要求全部通过三号药筛。
According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the concentration of the ether-soluble alkaloids in betel nut as becolanine must not be less than 0.35%. The content of total alkaloids is related to the maturation of betel nut fruits, the variety of medicinal materials, and the quality of the products. It is also related to the method of processing artichokes. In this paper, the following experiments were carried out on the effect of artichoke processing methods on the content of alkaloids in areca, so as to provide a preliminary reference for the loss of ether-soluble alkaloids after processing of the betel nut decoction pieces. The materials used in this test were purchased from the Department of Chinese Herbal Medicines of Qingdao City Central Medical Materials Co., Ltd. It was identified as the mature seeds of Areca catechu L., a medicinal plant of the palm plant. Take the material to open with the father, divided into two equal parts, one for students, that is, directly into the No. 3 powder spare; the other according to the traditional processing methods, soaked in water for about 10 days, change the water once a day to avoid mildew On the tenth day, it was taken out without cutting into pieces and dried and ground into No. 3 powder. When the above two kinds of materials are ground, they must all pass the No. 3 drug screen.
