为菊芋种质资源评价、分类、利用、育种亲本选配、引种提供参考,对53个菊芋材料叶片生理生化指标进行相关、主成分和聚类分析。结果表明:淀粉含量和可溶性糖含量变异系数较大,酸性转化酶活性、SLW和Chl a/b的变异系数较小。菊芋叶片生理生化指标存在着不同程度的相关性。主成分分析将这些因子分为5个主成分,其累计贡献率达90.301%。5个主成分归为光合能力、光合产物、耐荫性、类胡萝卜素的保护程度、酶活性的综合指标。聚类分析将资源聚为5类,第Ⅰ类菊芋叶片淀粉和可溶性糖含量较低;第Ⅱ类Chl a/b较高;第Ⅲ类酸性转化酶、可溶性蛋白质含量高;第Ⅳ类Car较高;第Ⅴ类Chl a、Chl b、Chl(a+b)、SLW、淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量较高。筛选出5个今后示范推广的品种,即‘北纯29’、‘北纯32’、‘北纯15’、‘北纯52’和‘南纯56’。
The correlation, principal component and cluster analysis of physiological and biochemical indexes of 53 Jerusalem artichoke cultivars were evaluated for the evaluation, classification, utilization, selection and breeding of Jerusalem artichoke germplasm resources.
