He was a radio station chief for 28 years at the government of Shuangguizhen in Zhongxian County, Chongqing City. He retired in 2002 at the age of 55. During the eight years after his retirement, he continued to act as a small announcer of more than 600 people in the village of Wang Kacapu of the ruling village. This person is Wang Zhengzhou, a communist member of the village of Shuangcun in Shuangguizhen County, Zhong County. Wang Ching-Chou used radio as its position to propagandize the party’s policies, promote practical technologies, disseminate advanced culture and use the voice of the party to nourish the mountainous waters of this village.
