近年来,随着工业的发展,对机械零件的要求愈来愈高,新材料的开发也取得了很大进展,但合金材料往往不能全面满足设计要求。例如,一些抗磨合金具有极高的硬度,但韧性及强度却不足。另外,一些具有特殊性能的金属材料价格也较高。因此,双金属铸造方法近年来取得很大进展。通过铸造过程将两种不同的金属铸造在一起,生产由两层合金组成的铸件,使材料性能互相取长补短。
In recent years, with the development of industry, the requirements on the mechanical parts are getting higher and higher, and great progress has been made in the development of new materials. However, alloy materials often can not fully meet the design requirements. For example, some anti-wear alloys have very high hardness, but not enough toughness and strength. In addition, some of the special properties of metal materials are also higher prices. Therefore, the bimetal casting method has made great progress in recent years. Two different metals are cast together through a casting process to produce castings consisting of two layers of alloys that complement each other’s material properties.
