用电子束焊接机和电子束热处理机加工工件时,工作台将在真空室内相对于电子束移动,本系统可对工作台的行程进行预置和控制。 1.系统的功能 (1)本系统能够对工作台的行程通过拨码盘进行预置,最大预置数可达999.9毫米。工作台行走时,预置数便自动递减,直至零,此时工作台自行停止,其行程恰恰等于所预置的数。 (2)本系统可以对工作台的行走进行计数,当工作台停止后,重新起动工作台,将可使工作台重新行走刚才的距离。如果反方向行走,则工作台将自动返回起始原点。 (3)本系统对旋转工作台的角位移的预置和控制同样有效。
