德育教育对学生的思想品质发展,社会道德认知水平的提升有着至关重要的作用,初中时期是学生身心发展的重要时期。在国家大力提倡素质教育的环境下,初中班主任在教育教学过程中应当重视学生的德育工作。正确引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。本文对初中班主任德育工作水平提升对策展开讨论,进行探究。
Moral education plays an important role in the development of students 'ideological quality and the promotion of social morality. Middle school is an important period for students' physical and mental development. Under the circumstance of vigorously promoting quality education in our country, junior middle school teachers should attach great importance to students' moral education in the process of education and teaching. Correctly guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values. This article discusses the measures to enhance the moral education of junior middle school teachers to explore.
