雲南国營貿易开辟工作已整一年。在過去一年中,由於大力组织收購、推銷與運輸,正確執行物價政策,保证粮食供应,平穩了去年三、五、七月三次物價波動,從經濟上打擊了投机奸商。通過加工订货收購方式購進大批紗、布、棉織品、肥皂、紙煙、火柴等,幫助私营工商業解决了物價穩定初期虚假購买力消失後的滯銷困難,並為這些工業品開闢了廣闊的农村市場。另一方面,对滯銷的主要土產也進行適當的收購,並向城市和省外运銷。為防止秋後粮價下跌并對粮食作有計劃的組織收購,轉變以往秋粮遽跌的趨勢。加以正當私營商業在政府領導下克服困难改進經營,因此維持與恢復了主要生產,自去年八月份以來物價基本上趨於穩定。開始建立城鄉互助關係,城鄉貿易大有開展。 Yunnan state-owned trade has opened up a whole year.
