用溶剂蒸发法制备了以新型生物可降解材料聚羟基丁酸酯 羟基戊酸酯共聚物 (PHBV)与L ,DL 聚乳酸 (PLA)共混物为载体的 ,以地西泮为模药的缓释微球 ,微球的平均粒径为 18~ 2 5 μm。电镜观察表明 ,微球表面形态结构随载体成分改变而变化。文章还阐述了四种微球实际载药量与包封率随载体成分变化而改变的规律。阐明了载体中加入D ,L PLA材料 ,改善了以PHBV单一材料为载体的微球释药性能 ,体外释药方程为Q =2 .1811t +13.5 0 (r =0 .95 2 7)
A novel biodegradable material, polyhydroxybutyrate hydroxyvalerate copolymer (PHBV) and L, DL polylactic acid (PLA) blends was prepared by solvent evaporation. Sustained release microspheres, microspheres average particle size of 18 ~ 25μm. Electron microscopy showed that the morphological structure of microspheres changed with the composition of the carrier. The article also describes the four kinds of microspheres actual drug loading and encapsulation efficiency changes with the carrier composition changes. The results showed that the release properties of microspheres with single material of PHBV were improved with the addition of D and L PLA materials. The in vitro release equation was Q = 2.1811t +13.5 0 (r = 0.9527)
