4月19日下午,副省长、省防总总指挥刘昆率领省防总有关成员单位负责同志赴飞来峡水利枢纽工程检查防汛备汛工作,并对2012年飞来峡防汛工作进行全面部署。省防总副总指挥、水利厅厅长黄柏青参加了检查。
