值此《中国市政工程》创刊40周年之际,由上海市交通工程学会、上海市排水行业协会、隧道股份上海市城市建设设计研究总院主办,《中国市政工程》编辑部和上海城市雨洪管理工程技术研究中心承办的“2016年海绵城市建设技术论坛暨《中国市政工程》创刊40周年”活动于4月22日在上海举行。2014年10月,住房和城乡建设部印发了《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》文件。
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the founding of “China Municipal Engineering”, Shanghai Municipal Engineering Institute of Communications, Shanghai Drainage Industry Association, Shanghai Urban Construction Design and Research Institute of Tunnel shares held by the “China Municipal Engineering” editorial department and the Shanghai urban rain flood Management Engineering Research Center contractors “Sponge City Construction Technology Forum 2016 and” China Municipal Engineering 40th Anniversary "activity was held in Shanghai on April 22. In October 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the Technical Guide for Sponge City Construction - Construction of a Low Impact Rainwater System (Trial Implementation).
