据报导豆草隆(chlorimuron-ethyl)能够在共质体和非质体内轻微地移动。本实验采用水培育苗法和玉米幼苗法测定了该药剂吸收和传导的特点。实验证明植物的各部位均可吸收豆草隆,但是同一植物的不同部位吸收作用有差异,其处理的部位越向下,药剂对植物的抑制作用越大。说明药剂主要在木质部内由下向上传导,至生长点发挥除草作用。
It has been reported that chlorimuron-ethyl can move slightly within the plastid and apoplast. In this experiment, the characteristics of absorption and conduction of the drug were determined by hydroponic culture and corn seedling method. Experiments show that all parts of the plant can absorb the lawn grass, but the same plant in different parts of the absorption effect is different, the treatment of the site down, the greater the inhibition of the agent on plants. It shows that the drug is mainly transmitted from the bottom to the top of the xylem to exert the herbicidal effect on the growing point.
