自上世纪90年代我国出现了股票市场以来,在这二十年的发展中,多种融资并存的金融现象已经初步形成。近几年来再融资在上市公司的发展中展现的异常有活力,主要原因是再融资是市场经济实现功能优化的重要方式。本文将主要讨论我国当今上市公司再融资的概念以及融资方式,分析了上市公司再融资的影响因素,最后就这些现状提出了上市公司再融资放选择的具体策略。
Since the emergence of the stock market in our country in the 1990s, in the development of these two decades, the financial phenomenon in which a variety of financing co-exist has taken shape. In recent years, refinancing has shown an exceptionally dynamic performance in the development of listed companies. The main reason is that refinancing is an important way to achieve market function optimization.
