目的:探讨全同步带状弓矫治技术安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合畸形不拔牙矫治的应用特点。方法:选取15例安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合畸形患者,覆合覆盖均为Ⅰ-Ⅲ度,下颌平面角为均角偏低角,均为不拔牙矫治。运用全同步带状弓矫治器。拍摄治疗前后X线头颅定位侧位片,对治疗前后的X线头影测量进行统计学分析。结果:15例患者平均疗程10.2±2.4月,矫治后ANB角、U1-SN、L1-MP、U1-L1、UL-EP、LL-EP、FMIA、Z角均有变化,有统计学意义。矫治后前牙覆合覆盖均有减小,有统计学意义。结论:应用全同步带状弓矫治器在矫治安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合畸形不拔牙病例有很好的矫治效果。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application characteristics of total synchronous ribbon arch correction technique in Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion. Methods: Fifteen patients with Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ malocclusion were selected. The coverage was Ⅰ-Ⅲ degree and the plane angle of the mandible was low angle, which were all non-extractive treatment. Use full synchronous ribbon bow appliance. Before and after radiography, X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs were taken and the X-cephalometric measurements before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: The mean duration of treatment was 10. 2 ± 2. 4 months in 15 patients. The ANB angle, U1-SN, L1-MP, U1-L1, UL-EP, LL-EP, FMIA and Z angle after treatment were all statistically significant. Correction of anterior tooth coverage decreased, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of full synchronous band bow appliance in the treatment of Class Ⅱ Ⅰ malocclusion deformity malocclusion cases have a good effect.
