对我国31个省、市、自治区的“十一五”规划全文的文本信息运用内容分析法进行分析研究,在综合考察“十一五”规划前后该省、市、自治区的图书馆建设水平的基础上,发现政府的5年计划对其行政区划内的基层图书馆的建设发展产生影响。通过构建以当地经济发展水平和速度为主要内容的影响力参照系,分析、比较“十一五”规划内容影响力的作用强度和作用范围。
The textual information of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” of 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in our country is analyzed and researched by using the content analysis method.
