群众利益无小事。这封来信反映的四川合江县供电部门未听取广大用户意见就大幅度提高电价的做法欠妥。制定或调整关系群众切身利益的价格应当进行听证,这是国家有关部门的规定。合江县政府有关部门若能把工作做细一点,广泛听取各方面的意见后再作电价调整,阻力可能会小一些。这也是行政部门应有的工作作风和工作态度。
The interests of the masses are small. The letter from this letter reflects that the power supply department of Hejiang County, Sichuan Province, has not listened to the opinions of the majority of users and it is not proper to increase the price of electricity. To formulate or adjust the prices that concern the vital interests of the people should be heard, which is the stipulation of the relevant state departments. If the relevant departments of the Hejiang County government can make a little bit of work, listen extensively to opinions from all sides and then adjust the electricity price, the resistance may be smaller. This is also the style of work and attitude that the executive branch should have.
