记者：请问“九五”期间福建省在产业结构、产业政策调整方面取得了哪些进展？主要完成了哪些重点建设项目？ 郑立中：“九五”期间，省委、省政府把调整产业结构，实现经济增长方式的根本转变作为全省经济工作的一个重大问题来研究，制订了培植支柱产业、重点产业的规划方案。
Reporter: May I ask what progress has been made in Fujian’s industrial restructuring and industrial policy adjustment during the Ninth Five-year Plan? What major construction projects have been completed? Zheng Lizhong: During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, the provincial party committee and the provincial government studied and formulated a plan for adjusting the industrial structure and realizing the fundamental transformation of the mode of economic growth as a major issue in the province’s economic work and formulated a plan for planning pillar industries and key industries.
