为了积極主动地开展档案材料的利用工作,以适应社会主义建設全面大躍进的新形势,河南省人民委員会办公厅于三月二十八日至四月一日在沁陽县召開了关于档案材料利用工作的战地会議。会議,首先由中共新乡地委委員兼沁陽县委書記張汉儒同志作了关于河南省当前形势的报告,沁陽县县長阮林同志作了战地会議筹备工作的报告,省人委办公厅档案管理处处長王斌卿同志作了关于档案材料利用工作的报告;其次,展出了沁陽、新乡、孟县等編制的十余种参考工具書。省直各單位、六專、九市和不少县的档案干部二百多人出席了会議。会議給与会同志以很大的啓發和教育,掀起了全省开展利用工作的热潮。一、会上展出的几种参考工具書
In order to carry out the utilization of archival materials proactively and to meet the new situation of an all-round great leap forward in building socialism, the general office of the Henan Provincial People’s Committee was held in Qinyang County from March 28 to April 1 Field meeting on the use of files and materials.
