影片《马背上的法庭》用一种纪实性的美学风格,通过对几个体制下小人物遭遇的书写折射出了法律在我国农村地区的尴尬处境。文章拟从电影文本中典型人物的塑造和文化意义的开拓两方面对影片进行一次全方位的探析,通过对这一个案研究,管窥隐藏在这些镜像语言背后更为广阔的语义空间。
The film Court on Horseback uses a documentary aesthetic style to reflect the embarrassing situation of law in rural areas of China by writing the encounters of a few characters in several institutions. The article intends to conduct an all-directional exploration of the film from the aspects of shaping the typical characters in the movie texts and developing the cultural meaning. Through the study of this case, I will give a glimpse of the broader semantic space hidden behind these mirror language.
