目的分析颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的病因,提高防范意识,探讨药物治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合症的疗效。方法对240例颞下颌关节紊乱综合症患者进行鉴别诊断分类、分型。采用口服西药与外敷中药的治疗方案来治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合症。结果 240例患者中188例取得比较明显的治疗效果,翼外肌功能亢进型痊愈占97.14%;翼外肌痉挛型痊愈占96.67%;咀嚼肌群痉挛型痊愈占94.34%;关节盘后区损伤型痊愈占75.76%;关节结构紊乱类16.12%关节器质改变类均无效;咀嚼肌群功能紊乱类总有效率为78.33%。结论此治疗方案对咀嚼肌群功能紊乱类的病例效果明显,是安全、可行的,疗效确切,操作简单,很适合于一些基层医院、门诊部和经济不发达地区的推广。 Objective To analyze the etiology of temporomandibular disorder (QJR) syndrome and to improve its prevention awareness. To explore the curative effect of medication on TMJ disorders. Methods 240 cases of temporomandibular disorder syndrome were diagnosed by differential diagnosis and classification. Oral western medicine and external application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment program to treat temporomandibular disorder. Results Of the 240 patients, 188 achieved significant therapeutic effects, with 97.14% of the extravertebral muscles hypertrophy recovered, 96.67% of the pterygoid spasm recovered, 94.34% of the masticatory spasm recovered, and posterior commissure injury 75.76% of the patients were cured, 16.12% of the disorders of the joint structure were ineffective in the changes of the quality of the joints, and the total effective rate of the masticatory muscle dysfunction was 78.33%. Conclusions This treatment regimen is effective and safe for patients with masticatory dysfunction syndrome. The treatment effect is exact and the operation is simple. It is suitable for the promotion of some primary hospitals, clinics and economically underdeveloped areas.
