基于ANSYS软件建立了热处理有限元模型。对TP130TT高强度无缝石油套管淬火及回火热处理温度场进行了模拟。结果表明,钢管内外表面在淬火过程中温度变化一致,心部温度高于表面。在温度高于800℃时,温度下降较慢;而当温度低于800℃时,温度急剧降低;当温度在300℃以下时,温降又变得缓慢。在回火冷却过程中,钢管的外表面温度略低于内表面,内外表面温度变化基本一致。在温度高于300℃时,温度急剧下降;当温度低于300℃后,温降速率变缓。
The finite element model of heat treatment was established based on ANSYS software. The temperature field of quenching and tempering heat treatment of TP130TT high strength seamless oil casing was simulated. The results show that the inner and outer surfaces of the steel have the same temperature change during quenching, and the temperature of the heart is higher than that of the surface. When the temperature is higher than 800 ℃, the temperature decreases slowly; when the temperature is lower than 800 ℃, the temperature drops sharply; when the temperature is below 300 ℃, the temperature drops slowly again. In the tempering cooling process, the outer surface of the pipe temperature slightly lower than the inner surface, the inner and outer surface temperature changes are basically the same. When the temperature is higher than 300 ℃, the temperature drops sharply; when the temperature is lower than 300 ℃, the rate of temperature drop slows down.
