云南古建筑具有独特的地域特色,是中国传统建筑的一道耀眼的色谱。但长期以来,对云南古建筑的研究热点仅仅集中于某几个民居类型及少数民族方面,而对本区域传统建筑主体的汉式建筑、特别是大式建筑及工程、工艺方面,迄今一直缺乏系统的研究成果,也就无从对之进行真正有效的文化、美学层面上的研究与观察。本文尝试对澄江县古建筑的传统城市营造理念、大式建筑及民居类型进行分析,比较它们与内地建筑的同异,试图挖掘其社会文化和美学涵义,以期对滇中地区古建筑的研究提供某种借鉴。
