厨房、卫生间渗漏问题已越来越成为用户关心的事情。在住宅建设中,一些投入使用不久的厨房、卫生间楼(地)面及墙角、墙面出现渗漏现象,给居民生活造成了种种不便,甚至严重影响了居民正常生活。现今业主投诉较多的是房屋渗漏问题,其中一项就是厨房卫生间等管道穿楼板处渗漏。通过某高层建筑住宅楼厨房、卫生间施工过程中存在的施工质量问题,详细剖析厨房、卫生间渗水的原因及控制,同时提出预防措施以及施工注意事项。
