果糖在酸性条件下降解后生成5-羟甲基-2-糠醛(HMF),然后与聚乙烯醇反应,合成了一种环保型聚脂胶粘剂。利用响应面法对合成条件进行了优化,并对反应温度、反应时间、果糖/PVA质量比等数据进行设计和分析。得出最佳反应条件为:反应温度为82.37℃,反应时间为6.13 h,果糖/PVA质量比为6.09。在此条件下,胶粘剂的胶合强度为377.54 N,并用红外光谱对产品结构进行了分析。
Fructose is degraded under acidic conditions to produce 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (HMF), which is then reacted with polyvinyl alcohol to synthesize an environmentally friendly polyester adhesive. The synthesis conditions were optimized by response surface methodology, and the data of reaction temperature, reaction time and mass ratio of fructose / PVA were designed and analyzed. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 82.37 ℃, the reaction time was 6.13 h, and the mass ratio of fructose to PVA was 6.09. Under these conditions, the bonding strength of the adhesive was 377.54 N, and the product structure was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.
